If you are an apple fan and single sim phones still frighten you to buy your dream phones then its time to switch over to iPhone. cause apple just announced its dual sim phones. yes, you read it right you can now get an iPhone with the old but most useful feature 'dual sim mode'.

In the Wednesday apple event, Apple announced its new phones and other gadgets but the dual sim phone was the star announcement of the event. The newly launched iphonexs and iphonexs max will support the dual sim mode. This will allow you to have two different phone numbers and two different carriers on the same phone. While that sounds like a feature you'd only use if you have something to hide, it'll be quite useful if you want to make your personal phone and work phone the same device. During an incoming call, you'll even see which number the call is for, so you can ignore it if it's a work call during your vacation. Potentially, you also could keep your regular phone number when on a trip out of the country and buy a prepaid SIM from a local carrier for cheaper calls and data use.

The dual sim support is an old feature but Apple makes it new with the time. The new iPhones will support one eSim and one nano sim. The eSim won't pop out of the phone like the regular one and it will help in changing carrier plans and networks.

The carrier listed below in the image will be supporting in the iPhones for its eSim modes.

You’ll be able to set daily limits and mute push notifications — as tech addiction becomes a bigger issue.

Facebook’s and Instagram’s newest features? Tools to help you spend less time on Facebook and Instagram.

"Over time we hope to bridge the both of them [desktop and mobile]," said Gretchen Sloan, head of communications at Facebook, during a press briefing.

The calculations of how much time you're spending on each app are specific to each device. So if you're using Instagram on your tablet and your phone, you'll have to add the two totals together. You also won't be able to view your historical data after the week has passed so it may be difficult to see changes in your behavior.

You can receive a push notification once you've reached your selected cut-off time for, as an example, 25 minutes a day. However, you'll need to exercise some self-control once you meet your daily quota. (The apps don't shut down after time is up.)

"As we learn more about how people's relationship with media technologies impact their well being, we're looking for ways to help give people more control," Sloan said.

"We want people's time [online] to be intentional and meaningful -- that's actually good for the business," she added. "I don't know how people will react when they see the time that they spent. It'll be interesting to learn that."

Facebook is the latest company to lean into the "Time Well Spent" movement, which aims to draw a distinction between "time spent" and "time well spent," a new benchmark that looks at the quality of time online.

Tech addiction has become a serious issue — people check their phones an average of 47 times a day, according to a survey by Deloitte released in November.
Facebook isn’t the only tech giant putting safeguards in its products to make sure people don’t spend too much time using them. In May, Google introduced similar time management tools for the next version of its Android operating system, which powers almost nine out of every 10 smartphones on the planet. A month later, Apple unveiled the same kind of features for iPhones.

Phones may get slightly new designs and features in 2018, but you'll wind up buying them the same way you always have either through your carrier the method of choice for almost 90 percent of US buyers or through an online or big-box retailer. A small number of you even buy them online directly from the phone maker.

I get asked about my phone opinions a lot. But the most important factor when you're ready to buy isn't what I like, it's what you care about most. Is it screen space, camera or something else entirely? At the end of the day, the choice typically comes down to price.

For the most part, a phone's cost lines up with its performance.Expensive handsets will have the "best" features, fastest processors and the most advanced cameras. You'll be able to do more on them and brag to your friends.
Finally, low-cost phones are great options for people watching them budgets, first-time phone users and those looking for a secondary or backup device.
  1. Know what you care about most: Is it screen size, camera quality, battery life? This will help narrow down your choices.
  2. Don't discount the midrange: You can get a great phone that does almost everything that a premium phone can do, for a fraction of the price.
  3. Shop the sales: Look for deep discounts around major holidays. And find out your grace period in case you need a quick return or exchange.
  4. Last year's phones are a great deal, too. Wait for this year's launch to get last year's phone for less. Hold the phone at a store first: You may love or hate the way it looks and feels in person. If you buy a global phone, make sure it works with your carrier bands first.
  5. Have you already bought a lot of iPhone apps and iTunes movies? Stick with iPhone if you still want access to them. Likewise, if you've invested in any Android-only software, you'll want to stay on that side of the fence. Otherwise, it's simple enough to switch platforms.
  6. Buy a case and glass screen protector: You'll protect your phone from costly damage, and will increase the phone's resale or trade-in value for when you're ready to move on.

If you're buying an Android phone

Android 8.0 Oreo or higher: This current OS will get you the most recent goodies, including autofill in Chrome and shrinking a video to a small thumbnail you can move around while doing other things.

Android 7.0 Nougat: Last year's version is still going strong. Any older than this and you'll start to lose out on navigation speed and extra features.

If you're buying an iPhone

iOS updates come right on time for almost every phone. iPhones seem to develop fewer weird tics over time and they play better with other Apple products, like Macs.Apple usually announces the latest major iOS version in June and releases it in September.

Older iPhones are cheaper, but run the risk of losing out on newer hardware-based features in future phones.

If you remember when the " Matrix" movie was released in 1999 and the character named "Neo" played by Keanu Reeves was famous for playing his role perfectly in the movie and he used a curved Nokia phone in that movie which was instantly got famous with the movie and The sale of Nokia got Increased. that phone was Nokia's iconic Nokia 8110 which was also famous as "Matrix phone" or "Banana Phone".

After 19 years Nokia Bring back its "BANANA PHONE" at MWC 2018. Nokia launched the 8110 with 4G at MWC 2018.The New Nokia 8110 got a renovation but feel still the same old and nostalgic.
The Nokia 8110 runs on the Smart Feature OS, so this is a basic feature phone and you’re not going to get access to the Android apps found on other Nokia Android smartphones. However, HMD is creating an app store for the device, which will include Facebook so there’s a chance other third parties might create their own apps for this.
Unlike the 3310, the 8110 will ship with LTE support across Europe, with dual-SIM versions available too. Inside there’s a Qualcomm 205 Mobile Platform processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of storage. While the banana phone looks big in pictures, it’s relatively small with just a 2.4-inch QVGA display and a 2-megapixel camera at the rear. You’ll even get access to a revamped Snake game, and an impressive 25 days of battery standby. The Nokia 8110 will be available in May for just 79 euros ($97).

Nokia 8 Sirocco, announced at MWC 2018 is a €749 phone, which takes aim at some of the best-selling phones from the biggest companies out there. It's extremely thin, and with curved glass on both sides the edges come down to an even finer point. It also has a 16:9 aspect ratio display, so it's rather wide feeling in this ocean of 18:9 phones.

So just like the Galaxy S6 edge+, it's honestly a bit awkward to get your hand around it. Nokia wore the fact that the Sirocco is 95% glass on the outside as a badge of pride, but it means you basically have nothing of substance to get your hands on. And as an added consequence, the volume and power buttons on the right side are quite shallow and tough to find and press without looking — all in the name of style, I suppose.

The stainless steel body gives the phone a solid, consistent feel throughout and the glass is perfectly sculpted. Using what I'm sure are not full-production devices here at MWC 2018, everything was tight and well manufacturedIt will be available in April 2018 by HMD Global with Android. One platform.

The popular stock photo website, 'Getty Images' filed a complained in European Commission against Google that Google's image search made it too easy for people to find and use images from Getty without proper attribution.
In response and as part of a new agreement between the two companies announced last week, Google has made it harder to save pictures from the search engine by removing certain features, including a button that allows people to view an image in isolation and a "search by image" button.
